TAWA, which means "Tower" in Japanese, was born where the freshest fish and the best products of the Western region predominate – the Torres Vedras Municipal Market.
The municipality's first Japanese restaurant features several captivating sushi specialties, using fish from our sea, such as mackerel, sea bass, sea bream, snapper and others, considered by the Japanese as "the best fish in the world".
