Dolphin Seafaris was established in 1999 and was the first company to offer dolphin watching tours in the Algarve.
In addition to whale watching, we also offer other tourist boat trips such as: visits to the Ponta da Piedade caves and the Benagil caves.
Located in the western Algarve, with daily departures from Lagos, Alvor, and Portimão, our main objective is to provide unforgettable experiences that connect you with nature.
Dolphins in the Algarve
The Algarve has a mild climate year-round, and the calm, clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean are excellent for sailing and provide shelter for various cetacean species.
Over the years, it has been possible to sight several cetacean species, such as the common dolphin, the bottlenose dolphin, and the common porpoise.
