To develop a strategy to strengthen nautical tourism in Vila Nova de Foz Côa, anchored in the development of the CAR's full potential;
To promote Foz Côa, Vale do Côa and Douro Superior as a national and international destination for nautical sports and leisure, in inland and river waters;
To structure an integrated, high-quality tourism offer based on unique and exclusive products and experiences, in partnership with stakeholders from the municipality and region;
To promote the municipality as an accessible tourist destination with suitable facilities and activities for everyone.
