• Introductory dive at "Praia Velha" (lighthouse beach), with a low degree of difficulty and a maximum depth of 3 meters;
• Introductory dive at the mouth of the Ria de Aveiro estuary, with a medium degree of difficulty and a maximum depth of 5 meters;
• Introductory dive in the Mira Channel of the Ria de Aveiro estuary, with a low degree of difficulty and a maximum depth of 6 meters.
