Bicycle tour including a guided visit to a cod processing company
Talking about cod is talking about Gafanha da Nazaré, in Ílhavo! This itinerary takes us on a bicycle tour from the imposing lighthouse that watches over and marks the entrance to the Ria de Aveiro estuary to the Cod Port (or Largo Fishing Port), where we will visit a cod processing company. There, in addition to seeing the entire curing process, we will also sample cod in a tasting prepared by a local chef. A journey through the history and flavors of Portuguese cod, a unique immersion in Portuguese culture and traditional cuisine!
